Conference participation and social events

In addition to the conference program, there will be a social program consisting of two optional events. On Tuesday, October 24 there will be a guided tour of the Oslo Opera House starting at 18.00. Immediately after, at 19.00, an aperitif will be served before the conference dinner takes place from 19.30 in Argent, which is the Oslo Opera’s fine dining restaurant. Participation in either of these two events, the guided tour and the conference dinner, requires a priori registration. For further details, please see the program.

In order to register for the conference and social events, please follow this link to ExOrdo. The registration deadline is September 15, 2017.

If you have submitted a scientific contribution to the conference, you will already be known to the system and you just have to fill in the details for the event registration. Other participants or accompanying persons will be guided through an initial dialog to set up their system account.

Please notice that, due to capacity constraints, there is a limited number of participants in the conference and the social events. Generally speaking, admission will be granted on a first come, first served basis; conference delegates will be given priority over accompanying persons.

Admission to the conference and the social program is free of charge. In the registration dialog you will see the term “billing address”. This is merely due to a technical system constraint – just think of it as the address of your affiliation. You will not be charged for any part of the conference program, nor will you have to provide any payment details.
